Güerri has made this consideration about people not yet vaccinated in Catalonia in an interview-colloquium in Catalunya Ràdio, together with the head of Epidemiology of the Hospital Clínic, Antoni Trilla, and the head of Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology of the Hospital Vall d’Hebron , Magda Campins.
The three specialists have insisted that the unvaccinated people go ahead and get vaccinated, not only to protect themselves from COVID-19 infection but also to protect people who suffer from serious diseases, such as cancer, which make them more at risk for the disease.
