6 of 32: Colima decriminalizes abortion and recognizes pregnant people

On Wednesday, December 1, 2021, with 14 votes in favor, 5 votes against and 4 abstentions on Colima local congress decriminalized abortion up to week 12 of gestation and became the first federative entity of the country in recognize pregnant people.
