Star quarterback Deshaun Watson would love to move to the New York Jets if the Houston Texans decide to trade him in the offseason.
According to what Armando Salguero reported from Miami herald On Saturday, Watson is said to have a preference for the Jets because of their new head coach, Robert Saleh. Indeed, the 25-year-old pivot wanted the Texans to consider Saleh’s candidacy to fill the vacant head coach position in Houston.

The star player recently liked a post on Instagram suggesting the Jets would have to compromise to acquire him.
Also according to the Florida daily, the Miami Dolphins would be Watson’s second choice.
The latter expressed his frustration to the Texans since they did not include him in the discussions for the hiring of a new general manager.
Additionally, the Texans have reportedly ignored Watson’s request to meet with Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy for the head coach position.
Watson has recorded a career-high 4,823 passing yards and 33 touchdown passes this season.
