He is better, but remains isolated. Emmanuel Macron’s state of health, tested positive for Covid-19 last Thursday, “shows signs of improvement,” the Elysee said on Wednesday.

No other information was given on the evolution of the health of the president, who remains isolated at the official residence of La Lanterne, in Versailles.

He continues to work in videoconference

He went there last Thursday after being tested and suffering from fatigue, cough and muscle aches. He has since promised to “report daily on the progress of the disease.”

From La Lanterne, Emmanuel Macron chairs videoconference meetings, such as the Council of Ministers on Monday, and continues his discussions with foreign leaders such as Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.
