Sean Connery: Death Certificate Reveals Acting Legend’s Cause of Death

Like the news portal “TMZ“reported, the British actor Sean Connery († 90) should have died of pneumonia in connection with heart problems. At the end of October the death of the world-famous acting legend was reported, now a death certificate gives information about the background.

Sean Connery was knighted in 2004

Connery died peacefully in his sleep at night in his home in the Bahamas, according to his wife Micheline Roquebrune (91). This can be traced back to a respiratory arrest due to pneumonia, his old age and atrial fibrillation of the heart. The risk of heart failure was drastically increased as a result.

The actor, known for his role in the “James Bond” films and the “Indiana Jones” series, leaves behind his wife Micheline and a son. In 2004 he ended his film career. Four years earlier, he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II and has since been allowed to bear the title “Sir”. Connery had been suffering from dementia for some time.
