After suspending free trials in Canada a few months ago, it appears Netflix is getting the offer back in a new way, at least, more or less.
According to a banner on the platform’s website, if you subscribe to Netflix for a month, the streaming service now offers an additional month for free. Interestingly, for the offer to appear, you needed to open an incognito browser window.
In October, Netflix Canada said MobileSyrup that he was looking into “different marketing promotions in Canada to attract new members” after canceling his 30-day free trial offer.
In Canada, Netflix’s 480p ‘Basic’ single device plan costs $ 9.99 per month, while the 1080p ‘Standard’ two-device plan costs $ 14.99. The ‘Premium’ level plan, which includes 4K + HDR and playback on four devices, costs $ 18.99.
Netflix is available on multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Apple TV, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5 and desk. For everything coming and going on Netflix in December 2020, follow this link.
