The collective agreements concerned for 2018 to 2021 are those of workers in the Programs and Administration and Technical Services groups. They had been approved at the end of September.

They provide for salary increases of around 2.8% in 2018, 2.2% in 2019 and 1.35% in 2020.

As for the agreement on compensation for the failures of the Phoenix pay system, it was reached last summer. It provides for the payment of a lump sum of $ 2,500 for the 140,000 members of the PSAC. This applies to the four years of pay problems experienced with Phénix, i.e. $ 1,000 for 2016-2017, $ 500 for 2017-2018, $ 500 for 2018-2019 and $ 500 for 2019-2020.
